BLIZZARD TONIGHT AND SATURDAY.  
 
NORTHERLY WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN AND TEMPERATURES WILL FALL RAPIDLY  
TONIGHT AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM NEAR THE COAST MOVES OFF INTO  
HUDSON BAY. BLIZZARD CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP BY LATE EVENING AND  
PERSIST THROUGH MUCH OF SATURDAY WITH WINDS GUSTING UP TO 80 KM/H.  
 
CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE AS THE WINDS DIMINISH LATER SATURDAY  
AFTERNOON.  
 
TRAVEL IS EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO REDUCED VISIBILITY.  
PREPARE FOR QUICKLY CHANGING AND DETERIORATING TRAVEL CONDITIONS.  
 
BLIZZARD WARNINGS ARE ISSUED WHEN WIDESPREAD REDUCED VISIBILITIES OF  
400 METRES OR LESS ARE EXPECTED FOR AT LEAST 6 HOURS.
