BLIZZARD BEGINNING SATURDAY MORNING.  
 
NORTHERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE TO STRENGTHEN AND TEMPERATURES FALL AS  
A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM NEAR THE COAST MOVES OFF INTO HUDSON BAY.  
BLIZZARD CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP THIS MORNING IN ARVIAT AND WHALE  
COVE AND PERSIST THROUGH MUCH OF SATURDAY WITH WINDS GUSTING UP TO  
80 KM/H. RANKIN INLET WILL FLIRT WITH SIMILARLY POOR CONDITIONS  
THROUGH THE DAY AS WELL.  
 
CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE AS THE WINDS WEAKEN SOMEWHAT SATURDAY  
EVENING. HOWEVER, BLOWING SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO SUNDAY MORNING.  
 
TRAVEL IS EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO REDUCED VISIBILITY.  
PREPARE FOR QUICKLY CHANGING AND DETERIORATING TRAVEL CONDITIONS.  
 
BLIZZARD WARNINGS ARE ISSUED WHEN WIDESPREAD REDUCED VISIBILITIES OF  
400 METRES OR LESS ARE EXPECTED FOR AT LEAST 6 HOURS.
