OVERNIGHT TONIGHT.  
 
THE STRONGEST WINDS AND LOWEST VISIBILITY WILL OCCUR THROUGH MONDAY,  
HOWEVER, SOME BLOWING SNOW WITH GUSTY WINDS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE  
UNTIL TUESDAY EVENING.  
 
TRAVEL IS EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO REDUCED VISIBILITY.
