BLIZZARD CONDITIONS WITH POOR VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW  
ARE EXPECTED OVERNIGHT AND TUESDAY.  
 
VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO BELOW 800 METRES ON TUESDAY AS WINDS  
STRENGTHEN AND COMBINE WITH FALLING SNOW BEGINNING IN THE EARLY  
MORNING. GUSTS UP TO 70 KM/H ARE EXPECTED.  
 
CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING AS THE WINDS AND  
SNOWFALL EASE.  
 
TRAVEL WILL BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO NEAR-ZERO VISIBILITY. LIMIT TRAVEL  
AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES, IF POSSIBLE.
