BLIZZARD CONDITIONS WITH POOR VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW  
ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE TODAY.  
 
VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO BELOW 800 METRES TODAY WITH STRONG  
WINDS COMBINING WITH FALLING SNOW. GUSTS UP TO 70 KM/H ARE EXPECTED.  
 
CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE LATE THIS AFTERNOON AS THE WINDS AND  
SNOWFALL EASE.  
 
TRAVEL WILL BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO NEAR-ZERO VISIBILITY. LIMIT TRAVEL  
AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES, IF POSSIBLE. IF YOU BECOME LOST OR STRANDED,  
REMAIN WHERE YOU ARE UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.
