TOTAL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS NEAR 15 CM.  
PEAK SNOWFALL RATES OF 2 TO 4 CM PER HOUR.  
REDUCED VISIBILITY IN AREAS OF HEAVY SNOW AND LOCAL BLOWING SNOW.  
 
TIMING:  
ENDING LATE TONIGHT.  
 
DISCUSSION:  
INCREASING NORTHEASTERLY WINDS GUSTING UP TO 60 KM/H WILL RESULT IN  
AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW.  
 
CONDITIONS SHOULD IMPROVE FROM WEST TO EAST TONIGHT.  
 
BE PREPARED TO ADJUST YOUR DRIVING WITH CHANGING ROAD CONDITIONS.  
RAPIDLY ACCUMULATING SNOW COULD MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT OVER SOME
