AT 11:25 P.M. EST, ENVIRONMENT CANADA METEOROLOGISTS ARE TRACKING A  
LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING VERY STRONG WIND  
GUSTS.  
 
THIS LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS IS LOCATED FROM  
WHITCHURCH-STOUFFVILLE TO 8 KILOMETRES SOUTHEAST OF OAKVILLE TO 15  
KILOMETRES SOUTHWEST OF JAMES N. ALLAN PROVINCIAL PARK, MOVING EAST  
AT 80 KM/H.  
 
HAZARD: 100 KM/H WIND GUSTS. A TORNADO IS ALSO POSSIBLE.  
 
LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE:  
TORONTO, OAKVILLE, MISSISSAUGA, VAUGHAN, RICHMOND HILL, MARKHAM, ST.  
CATHARINES, NIAGARA FALLS, PICKERING, OSHAWA, STONEY CREEK,  
DUNNVILLE, SMITHVILLE, LINCOLN, DOWNTOWN TORONTO, PORT COLBORNE,  
WELLAND, AJAX AND WHITBY.  
 
STRONG WIND GUSTS CAN TOSS LOOSE OBJECTS, DAMAGE WEAK BUILDINGS,  
BREAK BRANCHES OFF TREES AND OVERTURN LARGE VEHICLES. REMEMBER,  
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN PRODUCE TORNADOES. LIGHTNING KILLS AND  
INJURES CANADIANS EVERY YEAR. REMEMBER, WHEN THUNDER ROARS, GO

SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNINGS ARE ISSUED WHEN IMMINENT OR OCCURRING  
THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY TO PRODUCE OR ARE PRODUCING ONE OR MORE OF  
THE FOLLOWING: LARGE HAIL, DAMAGING WINDS, TORRENTIAL RAINFALL.
