LAKE EFFECT SNOW SQUALLS OFF LAKE HURON ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
THROUGH THIS EVENING.

SNOW SQUALLS CAUSE WEATHER CONDITIONS TO VARY
CONSIDERABLY(SEMICOLON) CHANGES FROM CLEAR SKIES TO HEAVY SNOW
WITHIN JUST A FEW KILOMETRES ARE COMMON. VISIBILITY WILL BE SUDDENLY
REDUCED TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES IN HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW. IF
VISIBILITY IS REDUCED WHILE DRIVING, TURN ON YOUR LIGHTS AND
MAINTAIN A SAFE FOLLOWING DISTANCE. RAPIDLY ACCUMULATING SNOW COULD
MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT OVER SOME LOCATIONS. CONSIDER POSTPONING
NON-ESSENTIAL TRAVEL UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE. ROAD CLOSURES ARE
POSSIBLE. FOR INFORMATION ON EMERGENCY PLANS AND KITS GO TO
HTTPS://WWW.GETPREPARED.GC.CA/.
