==DISCUSSION==

SNOW SQUALLS ARE POSSIBLE BEGINNING THIS AFTERNOON.

WHAT:
HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW WITH ACCUMULATIONS OF 10 TO 20 CM.
REDUCED VISIBILITY IN HEAVY SNOW AND LOCAL BLOWING SNOW.

WHEN:
THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
LAKE EFFECT SNOW OFF GEORGIAN BAY MAY AFFECT THE AREA THIS AFTERNOON
AND TONIGHT. THERE IS CONSIDERABLE UNCERTAINTY IN THE EXACT
PLACEMENT OF THE HEAVIEST LAKE EFFECT SNOW BANDS. AREAS NEAR
GEORGIAN BAY ARE MOST LIKELY TO BE IMPACTED, WITH LESSER SNOWFALL
EXPECTED FARTHER SOUTH TOWARDS BARRIE.

WESTERLY WINDS GUSTING TO 50 KM/H MAY RESULT IN LOCAL BLOWING SNOW,
ESPECIALLY FOR EXPOSED AREAS NEAR GEORGIAN BAY.

SNOW SQUALLS CAUSE WEATHER CONDITIONS TO VARY
CONSIDERABLY(SEMICOLON) CHANGES FROM CLEAR SKIES TO HEAVY SNOW
WITHIN JUST A FEW KILOMETRES ARE COMMON. VISIBILITY MAY BE SUDDENLY
REDUCED AT TIMES IN HEAVY SNOW. SURFACES SUCH AS HIGHWAYS, ROADS,
WALKWAYS AND PARKING LOTS MAY BECOME DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE DUE TO
ACCUMULATING SNOW.
