OWEN SOUND - BLUE MOUNTAINS - NORTHERN GREY COUNTY.  
 
SNOW SQUALL WARNING ENDED FOR:  
SAUGEEN SHORES - KINCARDINE - SOUTHERN BRUCE COUNTY.

==DISCUSSION==  
 
LAKE EFFECT SNOW SQUALLS CONTINUE.  
 
WHAT:  
HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW WITH ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATIONS OF 15 TO 40 CM.  
LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE, ESPECIALLY OVER THE BRUCE  
PENINSULA.  
REDUCED VISIBILITY IN HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.  
 
WHEN:  
CONTINUING TODAY AND TONIGHT. CONTINUING THROUGH WEDNESDAY FOR THE  
BRUCE PENINSULA.  
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  
HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW SQUALLS WILL CONTINUE TODAY. IN ADDITION,  
WESTERLY WINDS GUSTING UP TO 50 KM/H WILL RESULT IN BLOWING SNOW,  
ESPECIALLY FOR EXPOSED AREAS NEAR LAKE HURON.  
 
LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS EXPECTED TO WEAKEN AND SHIFT NORTHWARD TONIGHT  
AND WILL AFFECT THE BRUCE PENINSULA ON WEDNESDAY.  
 
SNOW SQUALLS CAUSE WEATHER CONDITIONS TO VARY  
CONSIDERABLY(SEMICOLON) CHANGES FROM CLEAR SKIES TO HEAVY SNOW  
WITHIN JUST A FEW KILOMETRES ARE COMMON. VISIBILITY WILL BE SUDDENLY  
REDUCED TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES IN HEAVY SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.  
SURFACES SUCH AS HIGHWAYS, ROADS, WALKWAYS AND PARKING LOTS MAY  
BECOME DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE DUE TO ACCUMULATING SNOW. ROAD CLOSURES  
ARE POSSIBLE.

ENVIRONMENT CANADA.
