WINTER STORM EXPECTED FOR SATURDAY AND SUNDAY  
 
WHAT:  
SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 25 TO 35 CENTIMETRES, HIGH NORTHEASTERLY WINDS  
REACHING UP TO 90 KILOMETRES PER HOUR AND BLOWING SNOW.  
 
WHEN :  
BEGINNING THIS MORNING THROUGH SUNDAY MORNING.  
 
WHERE:  
LOWER NORTH SHORE.  
 
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  
A RAPIDLY DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM WILL CROSS THE MARITIMES  
TODAY AND AFFECT EASTERN QUEBEC. CONDITIONS WILL GRADUALLY IMPROVE  
DURING THE DAY ON SUNDAY.  
 
CONSIDER POSTPONING NON-ESSENTIAL TRAVEL UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.  
PREPARE FOR QUICKLY CHANGING AND DETERIORATING TRAVEL CONDITIONS.  
VISIBILITY WILL BE SUDDENLY REDUCED TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES IN HEAVY
