TOTAL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 25 TO 35 CENTIMETRES ARE GENERALLY  
EXPECTED. ADDITIONALLY, VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO ZERO IN  
BLOWING SNOW AND HEAVY SNOW. MEANWHILE, NORTHERLY WINDS WILL REACH  
UP TO 90 KILOMETRES PER HOUR BEGINNING THIS EVENING.  
 
CONSIDER POSTPONING NON-ESSENTIAL TRAVEL UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.  
PREPARE FOR QUICKLY CHANGING AND DETERIORATING TRAVEL CONDITIONS.  
VISIBILITY WILL BE SUDDENLY REDUCED TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES IN HEAVY  
SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.
