ABOUT 2 MILLIMETRES OF ICE ACCRETION IS POSSIBLE. FREEZING RAIN MAY  
BECOME MIXED WITH SNOW AT TIMES.

UNTIL THIS AFTERNOON,

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  
PRECIPITATION WILL BE MAINLY SNOW. HOWEVER, UNTIL EARLY THIS  
AFTERNOON, THE SNOW WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY FREEZING RAIN AT TIMES.  
TOTAL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS EXPECTED FOR THIS EVENT ARE 5 TO 10  
CENTIMETRES.  
 
MEANWHILE, REDUCED VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING SNOW ARE EXPECTED  
BEGINNING THIS AFTERNOON AFTER THE FREEZING RAIN.  
 
SURFACES SUCH AS HIGHWAYS, ROADS, WALKWAYS AND PARKING LOTS MAY  
BECOME ICY AND SLIPPERY. BE PREPARED TO ADJUST YOUR DRIVING WITH  
CHANGING ROAD CONDITIONS.  
 
FREEZING RAIN WARNINGS ARE ISSUED WHEN RAIN FALLING IN SUB-ZERO  
TEMPERATURES CREATES ICE BUILD-UP AND ICY SURFACES.
