AN ARCTIC AIRMASS COMBINED WITH MODERATE WESTERLY WINDS WILL GIVE  
EXTREME WIND CHILLS VALUES TODAY AND WEDNESDAY. MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES  
WILL REMAIN BELOW - 25 DEGREES CELSIUS AND OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURES  
BELOW - 30 DEGREES CELSIUS.  
 
WATCH FOR COLD RELATED SYMPTOMS: SHORTNESS OF BREATH, CHEST PAIN,  
MUSCLE PAIN AND WEAKNESS, NUMBNESS AND COLOUR CHANGE IN FINGERS AND  
TOES.  
 
COVER UP. FROSTBITE CAN DEVELOP WITHIN MINUTES ON EXPOSED SKIN,  
ESPECIALLY WITH WIND CHILL.  
 
OUTDOOR WORKERS SHOULD TAKE REGULARLY SCHEDULED BREAKS TO WARM UP.
