AN ARCTIC AIRMASS COMBINED WITH MODERATE WESTERLY WINDS WILL GIVE  
EXTREME WIND CHILL VALUES TODAY AND WEDNESDAY. MAXIMUM TEMPERATURES  
WILL REMAIN BELOW -25 DEGREES CELSIUS AND OVERNIGHT TEMPERATURES  
WILL BE BELOW -30 DEGREES CELSIUS.  
 
WATCH FOR COLD RELATED SYMPTOMS: SHORTNESS OF BREATH, CHEST PAIN,  
MUSCLE PAIN AND WEAKNESS, NUMBNESS AND COLOUR CHANGE IN FINGERS AND  
TOES.  
 
COVER UP. FROSTBITE CAN DEVELOP WITHIN MINUTES ON EXPOSED SKIN,
