==DISCUSSION==  
 
SNOW COMBINED WITH STRONG WESTERLY WINDS IS CAUSING NEAR-ZERO  
VISIBILITIES IN BLOWING SNOW. CONDITIONS SHOULD GRADUALLY IMPROVE  
LATE IN THE DAY ON THURSDAY.  
 
A BLIZZARD WARNING IS ISSUED WHEN WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO PRODUCE  
BLOWING SNOW WITH WIDESPREAD VISIBILITIES OF 400 METRES OR LESS FOR  
AT LEAST 6 HOURS.  
 
VISIBILITY WILL BE SUDDENLY REDUCED TO NEAR ZERO AT TIMES IN HEAVY  
SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW. IF YOU DO TRAVEL AND BECOME LOST, REMAIN  
WHERE YOU ARE UNTIL THE BLIZZARD HAS PASSED. LIMIT OUTDOOR  
ACTIVITIES. ENSURE THAT SHELTER IS PROVIDED FOR PETS AND OUTDOOR  
ANIMALS.
