AT 3:33 P.M. PDT, ENVIRONMENT CANADA METEOROLOGISTS ARE TRACKING A  
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING UP TO NICKEL SIZE HAIL AND  
HEAVY RAIN.  
 
THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS LOCATED OVER THE COQUIHALLA HIGHWAY NEAR  
WALLOPER LAKE PROVINCIAL PARK AND THE JUNCTION OF COQUIHALLA HIGHWAY  
AND HIGHWAY 97D. IT IS MOVING NORTHEAST AT 50 KM/H.  
 
HEAVY DOWNPOURS CAN CAUSE FLASH FLOODS AND WATER POOLING ON ROADS.  
IF VISIBILITY IS REDUCED WHILE DRIVING, SLOW DOWN, WATCH FOR TAIL  
LIGHTS AHEAD AND BE PREPARED TO STOP.  
 
WEATHER IN THE MOUNTAINS CAN CHANGE SUDDENLY RESULTING IN HAZARDOUS  
DRIVING CONDITIONS.
