AT 3:23 P.M. PDT, ENVIRONMENT CANADA METEOROLOGISTS ARE TRACKING A  
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING STRONG WIND GUSTS, PEA TO  
DIME SIZE HAIL AND HEAVY RAIN.  
 
THIS SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS LOCATED 18 KM SOUTH OF DUNCAN, NEAR  
SHAWNIGAN LAKE, AND IS MOVING NORTHWEST AT 20 KM/H.  
 
TAKE COVER IMMEDIATELY, IF THREATENING WEATHER APPROACHES. HEAVY  
DOWNPOURS CAN CAUSE FLASH FLOODS AND WATER POOLING ON ROADS.  
LIGHTNING KILLS AND INJURES CANADIANS EVERY YEAR. REMEMBER, WHEN  
THUNDER ROARS, GO INDOORS(EXCLAMATION MARK)  
 
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNINGS ARE ISSUED WHEN IMMINENT OR OCCURRING  
THUNDERSTORMS ARE LIKELY TO PRODUCE OR ARE PRODUCING ONE OR MORE OF  
THE FOLLOWING: LARGE HAIL, DAMAGING WINDS, TORRENTIAL RAINFALL.
