WHERE: HIGHWAY 3 - PAULSON SUMMIT TO KOOTENAY PASS.  
 
WHEN: UNTIL LATER THIS MORNING.  
 
REMARKS: PERIODS OF HEAVY SNOW WILL CONTINUE FOR THE HIGHWAY. TOTAL  
SNOWFALL ACCUMULATIONS OF 15 TO 20 CM CAN BE EXPECTED BY MIDMORNING  
WHEN THE SNOW TAPERS TO FEW FLURRIES.  
 
BE PREPARED TO ADJUST YOUR DRIVING WITH CHANGING ROAD CONDITIONS.  
VISIBILITY MAY BE SUDDENLY REDUCED AT TIMES IN HEAVY SNOW. IF  
VISIBILITY IS REDUCED WHILE DRIVING, SLOW DOWN, WATCH FOR TAIL  
LIGHTS AHEAD AND BE PREPARED TO STOP.
