TONIGHT.  
 
FOG IS EXPECTED TO REDEVELOP THIS EVENING. THERE MAY ALSO BE A RISK  
OF FREEZING DRIZZLE IN SOME AREAS WHICH WILL LEAD TO SLIPPERY  
CONDITIONS.  
 
VISIBILITY MAY BE SIGNIFICANTLY AND SUDDENLY REDUCED TO NEAR ZERO.  
TRAVEL IS EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO REDUCED VISIBILITY IN SOME  
LOCATIONS.
