NEAR ZERO VISIBILITY IN FOG IS OCCURRING.  
 
FOG DEVELOPED LAST NIGHT AND CONTINUES THIS MORNING. THERE MAY ALSO  
BE A RISK OF FREEZING DRIZZLE IN SOME AREAS WHICH WILL LEAD TO  
SLIPPERY CONDITIONS.  
 
CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE FOR MOST AREAS BY LATE MORNING TO  
EARLY AFTERNOON.  
 
VISIBILITY MAY BE SIGNIFICANTLY AND SUDDENLY REDUCED TO NEAR ZERO.  
TRAVEL IS EXPECTED TO BE HAZARDOUS DUE TO REDUCED VISIBILITY IN SOME  
LOCATIONS. IF VISIBILITY IS REDUCED WHILE DRIVING, TURN ON YOUR  
LIGHTS AND MAINTAIN A SAFE FOLLOWING DISTANCE.
