DESCRIPTION: HAZARDOUS WINTER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED  
VALID: UNTIL 20/2200Z (UNTIL 20/1600 CST)  
 
COMMENTS: A DEEP LOW-PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER SOUTHEASTERN MANITOBA WILL  
REMAIN RELATIVELY STATIONARY OVERNIGHT TONIGHT, CONTINUING TO BRING  
SNOW AND STRONG WINDS TO CFB SHILO.

PRECIPITATION WILL CONTINUE TO TRANSITION TO SNOW THIS EVENING AND  
SNOWFALL WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT TONIGHT BEFORE GRADUALLY TAPERING  
OFF WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. SNOWFALL WILL BE AT TIMES BE HEAVY  
OVERNIGHT AND A FURTHER 10 TO 15 CENTIMETERS ARE LIKELY TO FALL  
BEFORE WEDNESDAY EVENING, WITH POTENTIAL FOR HIGHER AMOUNTS OVER  
HIGHER TERRAIN.  
 
IN ADDITION, GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS WILL CONTINUE. WIND GUSTS NEAR  
30 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP THIS EVENING, THEN INCREASE TO  
BETWEEN 35 AND 40 KNOTS OVERNIGHT THROUGH WEDNESDAY MORNING. THESE  
STRONG WINDS WILL RESULT IN VERY POOR VISIBILITY IN SNOW AND BLOWING  
SNOW.
