DESCRIPTION: HAZARDOUS WINTER CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED  
VALID: UNTIL 20/2200Z (UNTIL 20/1600 CST)  
 
COMMENTS: A LOW-PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER SOUTHEASTERN MANITOBA WILL  
SLOWLY BEGIN WEAKENING AND TRACK OUT OF THE REGION TODAY. SNOWFALL  
WILL GRADUALLY TAPER OFF THIS AFTERNOON.

SNOWFALL, AT TIMES HEAVY, WILL CONTINUE OVER CFB SHILO THIS MORNING.  
A FURTHER 5 TO 10 CENTIMETERS CAN BE EXPECTED TO FALL BEFORE THE  
SNOWFALL FINALLY BEGINS TO TAPER OFF THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.  
 
ADDITIONALLY, GUSTY NORTHWESTERLY WINDS WILL CONTINUE THROUGHOUT THE  
MORNING AND INTO THE AFTERNOON. GUSTS OF UP TO 35 KNOTS WILL REMAIN  
OVER THE REGION BEFORE THEY GRADUALLY START DIMINISHING NEAR NOON  
TODAY. THESE STRONG WINDS WILL RESULT IN CONTINUED POOR VISIBILITY  
IN SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW.
