SETTLES OVER THE WESTERN LAKES REGION, AND PERSISTS FROM THE WEEKEND  
WELL INTO NEXT WEEK. 850MB TEMPERATURES BOTTOM OUT AT 2 STANDARD  
DEVIATIONS BELOW CLIMO SUNDAY/MONDAY RETURNING BACK TOWARDS  
CLIMATOLOGICAL 'NORMAL' MID-WEEK. MIXED WINDS THANKS TO A GRADIENT  
TOMORROW TOP OUT AROUND 20 TO 25KTS AND THE LOW LEVEL COOL AIRMASS  
WILL DESTABILIZE BENEATH THE MID LEVEL INVERSION FOR SOME DAYTIME  
DRIVEN SHALLOW CUMULUS. OTHER THAN THAT IS WILL REMAIN DRY UNTIL
