INCHES OF ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS EXPECTED, WITH LOCALLY HIGHER  
AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. THE HEAVIEST RAIN IS EXPECTED FROM 6 PM TO 1 AM  
TONIGHT. THE AREA OF HIGHEST CONCERN FOR FLASH FLOODING WILL BE

SOUTHEAST MINNESOTA, DODGE, FILLMORE, HOUSTON, MOWER, OLMSTED,  
AND WINONA. IN WISCONSIN, CRAWFORD, GRANT, LA CROSSE, MONROE,
