THURSDAY. HOWEVER FLOODING IMPACTS WILL LIKELY EXTEND BEYOND  
THURSDAY AND MORE RISES ARE POSSIBLE NEXT WEEK AS WARMER  
TEMPERATURES OVER THE WEEKEND INCREASE SNOWMELT.
