OR LIFT TO SCT STRATOCU DECK IS EXPECTED THROUGH 19Z. MAIN CHANCE  
FOR THUNDERSTORMS IS DELAYED SLIGHTLY DUE TO A STRONGER CAP IN  
PLACE THANKS TO THE MORNING STRATUS. AT THIS POINT, THE HIGHEST
