BETWEEN 2.5 AND 3.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN EARLIER THIS EVENING.  
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS UP TO 0.25 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
