A WEATHER SYSTEM EXITS THE AREA TO THE EAST TONIGHT WITH THE NEXT  
ONE PUSHING IN FROM THE WEST SUNDAY MORNING. CONDITIONS WILL REMAIN  
VFR THROUGH AT LEAST SUNDAY MORNING. PRECIPITATION WILL BEGIN IN THE  
FORM OF A RAIN/SNOW MIX STARTING ACROSS SOUTHWEST WYOMING LATE  
SUNDAY MORNING. IT WILL BECOME MOSTLY RAIN IN THE AFTERNOON.  
PRECIPITATION WILL PUSH NORTH AND EAST THROUGH SUNDAY AFTERNOON,  
WITH RAIN MOVING UP TO KBPI, KPNA, KLND, KRIW, AND KCPR. RAIN WILL  
BEGIN TO MIX WITH SNOW AT MOST TERMINALS SUNDAY EVENING, WITH A  
TRANSITION TO ALL SNOW AT THE END OF THE TAF PERIOD. CONDITIONS WILL  
DETERIORATE RAPIDLY SUNDAY EVENING WITH WIDESPREAD MVFR TO IFR  
CONDITIONS. MOST OF THE PRECIPITATION WILL REMAIN SOUTH OF KCOD AND  
KWRL THROUGH THE TAF PERIOD, BUT ADDED PROB30 GROUPS WITH  
PRECIPITATION FOR SUNDAY EVENING. JUST BEYOND THE TAF PERIOD SNOW  
WILL BECOME QUITE HEAVY AT TIMES THROUGH MONDAY MORNING.  
THE FIRST OF TWO COLD FRONTS IS MAKING ITS WAY THROUGH THE BIGHORN  
BASIN CURRENTLY. THIS FRONT IS BRINGING A NORTHERLY WIND OF 10-20  
KNOTS, WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 KNOTS AT KCOD AND KWRL FOR MUCH OF  
TONIGHT. THIS WIND WILL REACH KRIW AROUND 07Z AND SHOULD PERSIST  
UNTIL LATE SUNDAY MORNING. A SECOND COLD FRONT WILL COME DOWN FROM  
THE NORTH LATE SUNDAY AFTERNOON REINFORCING THE ALREADY NORTHERLY  
WIND. STRONGER WIND WILL OCCUR WITH THIS SECONDARY COLD FRONT SUNDAY  
EVENING INTO SUNDAY NIGHT. MOUNTAIN OBSCURATION WILL BECOME
