WITH HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING IN FROM THE GREAT LAKES. GUSTY NORTHWEST  
WIND CONTINUES THROUGH THIS WEEKEND AND DRAWS IN AN ARCTIC AIRMASS  
WHICH COULD LEAD TO FREEZING SEA SPRAY OVERNIGHT INTO SUNDAY  
MORNING. HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN CROSS THE WATERS MONDAY AND MOVE
