TONIGHT AND DEEPEN TO 29.30 INCHES BY FRIDAY MORNING WHILE  
DRIFTING WEST NEAR THE NEW YORK PENNSYLVANIA BORDER. THIS LOW  
PRESSURE WILL THEN SHIFT NORTHEAST TOWARDS THE CANADIAN MARITIMES  
STARTING FRIDAY NIGHT, WITH A WEAK RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE 30.10  
INCHES BUILDING IN FROM THE SOUTHWEST SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY.
