EXPECTED EARLY TODAY WITH LIGHT RAIN SPREADING WEST TO EAST THIS  
AFTERNOON THROUGH TONIGHT. HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM LOWER  
50S IN THE POCONO REGION TO THE MID AND UPPER 60S IN THE SOUTHWEST  
CORNER OF THE STATE.  
 
A PATTERN CHANGE IS EXPECTED WEDNESDAY THROUGH LATE WEEK BRINGING  
THE FIRST TASTE OF WINTER TO PENNSYLVANIA. THE FIRST ACCUMULATING  
SNOW IS FORECAST IN THE ALLEGHENY MOUNTAINS WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR  
SEVERAL INCHES A PEAK ELEVATIONS ABOVE 2500 FEET IN THE LAUREL  
HIGHLANDS. BLUSTERY WINDS WILL ADD TO THE SIGNIFICANT COOL DOWN
