CLEAR SKIES AND LIGHT WINDS OVERNIGHT WILL ALLOW TEMPERATURES TO  
DROP TO THEIR LOWEST READINGS SO FAR THIS WINTER, WITH LOWS  
RANGING FROM THE SINGLE DIGITS BELOW ZERO IN THE COLDER SPOTS  
ACROSS NORTH-CENTRAL AND NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA TO THE LOW  
TEENS IN THE FAR SOUTHWEST.  
 
MORNING SUNSHINE WILL GIVE WAY TO INCREASING CLOUDS ON MONDAY,  
AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING STORM SYSTEM OVER THE GREAT LAKES. AFTER  
A COLD START TO THE DAY, HIGH TEMPERATURES WILL RANGE FROM THE LOW  
20S ACROSS THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS OF NORTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA TO  
THE LOW 40S IN THE FAR SOUTHWEST.  
 
LIGHT SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE REGION FROM WEST TO EAST MONDAY  
EVENING INTO MONDAY NIGHT. THE PRECIPITATION MAY BE MIXED WITH  
LIGHT RAIN OR FREEZING RAIN ACROSS SOUTHERN AND WESTERN  
PENNSYLVANIA.
