WEATHER CONCERNS REMAIN MINIMAL THIS MORNING INTO THE EARLY AFTERNOON  
HOURS. PRECIPITATION CHANCES BEGIN TO PICK UP BY 2PM AS ISOLATED RAIN  
SHOWERS MOVE INTO THE AREA. RAIN WILL TRANSITION TO SNOW AFTER SUNSET  
WITH AROUND AN INCH OF SNOW POSSIBLE OVERNIGHT. SNOW CONTINUES INTO  
THE MORNING HOURS BEFORE SWITCHING BACK TO A RAIN/SNOW MIX BY LATE  
FRIDAY MORNING. AFTERNOON RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES TODAY WILL REMAIN  
ABOVE 40% WITH RELATIVE HUMIDITY INCREASING TO 85 TO 90% FOR FRIDAY  
AFTERNOON. MOSTLY LIGHT WINDS TODAY OUT OF THE SOUTH AND SWITCHING TO  
THE SOUTHEAST BY 10AM THIS MORNING. GUSTS UP TO AROUND 15MPH EXPECTED
