TWO TORNADOES HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED TO HAVE TOUCHED DOWN  
ON THE EVENING OF SUNDAY, MARCH 30, 2025. BOTH TORNADOES WERE EMBEDDED  
WITHIN THE LINE OF SEVERE STORMS THAT BROUGHT WIDESPREAD STRAIGHT  
LINE DAMAGING WINDS, WHICH CAUSED ADDITIONAL TREE AND PROPERTY  
DAMAGE ACROSS SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN.

WHERE A FEW HOMES SUSTAINED ROOF, SOFFIT, AND FASCIA DAMAGE. NWS  
DETROIT/PONTIAC WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE SHIAWASSEE COUNTY  
EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT FOR HELPING ASSESS THE DAMAGE AND PROVIDING  
TORNADO DAMAGE PHOTOS.

NORTHEAST AND IMPACTED A NEIGHBORHOOD ALONG WABASH ROAD. A COUPLE  
OF HOMES SUSTAINED DAMAGE TO SIDING AND LOST ROOFING MATERIALS. A  
FEW LARGE TREE LIMBS AND TREES WERE ALSO SNAPPED. NWS DETROIT/PONTIAC  
WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE MONROE COUNTY EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT FOR  
ASSISTING IN FURTHER INVESTIGATING THE PUBLIC REPORTS OF DAMAGE  
AND FOR ADDITIONAL COORDINATION WITH MILAN FIRE.
