ADDITIONAL RAINFALL OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE, WHICH MAY  
RESULT IN FLASH FLOODING, AS MUCH OF THE AREA IS SATURATED FROM  
RECENT HEAVY RAINS. STORM DEBRIS IN URBAN AREAS MAY CLOG STORM  
DRAINS, WHICH MAY WORSEN STREET FLOODING.

MISSOURI, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS, IN ILLINOIS, HANCOCK,  
HENDERSON, MCDONOUGH, MERCER, ROCK ISLAND AND WARREN. IN IOWA,  
BENTON, BUCHANAN, CEDAR, CLINTON, DELAWARE, DES MOINES, DUBUQUE,  
HENRY IA, IOWA, JACKSON, JEFFERSON, JOHNSON, JONES, KEOKUK, LEE,  
LINN, LOUISA, MUSCATINE, SCOTT, VAN BUREN AND WASHINGTON. IN  
NORTHEAST MISSOURI, CLARK AND SCOTLAND.
