* WHERE...PORTIONS OF NORTH CENTRAL, NORTHWEST, AND WEST CENTRAL  
ILLINOIS, EAST CENTRAL, NORTHEAST, AND SOUTHEAST IOWA, AND  
NORTHEAST MISSOURI.  
 
* WHEN...FROM LATE FRIDAY NIGHT THROUGH LATE SATURDAY NIGHT.
