DISCUSSION

SKIES WILL REMAIN CLEAR TODAY, ENABLING PRETTY GOOD MIXING THROUGH
THE DAY. THIS WILL ALLOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY VALUES TO FALL INTO AT
LEAST THE MID-30S, WITH A HIGH PROBABILITY TO SEE THE LOW 30S.
THE REASONABLE WORST CASE RELATIVE HUMIDITY WOULD FALL INTO THE
MID TO UPPER 20S BUT SHOULDN'T FALL MUCH LOWER THAN THAT. WINDS
TODAY WILL REMAIN FAIRLY LIGHT TODAY AND SHOULD BE GENERALLY FROM
THE NORTH, HOWEVER LOCALIZED TERRAIN EFFECTS MAY MAKE FOR VARIABLE
WIND DIRECTIONS LATE MORNING.
