SCATTERED LIGHT RAIN OR DRIZZLE LINGERED ACROSS PARTS OF CENTRAL  
AND NORTHEAST WISCONSIN EARLY THIS AFTERNOON. TEMPERATURES HAD  
RISEN INTO THE UPPER 30S AND LOW 40S AREA WIDE, WHICH HELPED TO  
IMPROVE ROAD CONDITIONS FROM THE MORNING SNOW.  
 
NORTHERLY WINDS WILL REMAIN STRONG THIS AFTERNOON, WITH GUSTS UP  
TO 40 MPH. TEMPERATURES WILL NOT RISE MUCH MORE.  
 
TONIGHT, LINGERING RAIN ENDS AND WINDS LOWER TO AROUND 10 TO 20  
MPH. THE WINDS AND CLOUDS WILL KEEP TEMPERATURES FROM FALLING  
MUCH, WITH FORECAST LOW TEMPS IN THE MID TO UPPER 30S.  
 
FOR FRIDAY, DRY WEATHER IS EXPECTED WITH MOSTLY CLOUDY SKIES.  
HIGHS WILL BE A COUPLE DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL IN THE UPPER 30S TO  
MIDDLE 40S.
