WIND CHILLS FROM 10 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO LATE TONIGHT INTO  
TUESDAY MORNING. A COLD WEATHER ADVISORY HAS BEEN ISSUED FOR PARTS  
OF CENTRAL AND EAST-CENTRAL WI.  
 
LAKE-EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS WILL BRING AROUND 1 INCH OF POWDERY SNOW  
TO NORTHERN VILAS COUNTY TONIGHT INTO TUESDAY MORNING. LOCALLY  
HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED.

WIND CHILLS ARE FORECAST TO FALL FROM 10 BELOW TO 25 BELOW ZERO  
ON TUESDAY MORNING.  
 
A BITTERLY COLD ARCTIC AIRMASS IS FORECAST TO SURGE INTO THE  
REGION ON SUNDAY AND CONTINUE INTO EARLY NEXT WEEK. EARLY
