MORNING HOURS. TEMPERATURES AT 11 AM WERE MAINLY IN THE SINGLE  
DIGITS BELOW ZERO TO AROUND -10 BELOW ZERO. WIND CHILL READINGS  
RANGED FROM THE TEENS TO MID 30S BELOW ZERO.  
 
DANGEROUSLY COLD TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN ACROSS THE AREA TODAY  
INTO TUESDAY. AN EXTREME COLD WARNING IS IN EFFECT ACROSS NORTH-  
CENTRAL WISCONSIN THROUGH NOON TUESDAY. A COLD WEATHER ADVISORY  
REMAINS IN EFFECT ACROSS CENTRAL AND NORTHEAST WISCONSIN THROUGH  
MIDNIGHT TONIGHT, WHEN IT WILL BE REPLACED BY AN EXTREME COLD  
WARNING THROUGH NOON TUESDAY. WIND CHILLS BETWEEN 20 AND 45 BELOW  
ZERO ARE EXPECTED, COLDEST ACROSS NORTH CENTRAL WISCONSIN. THE  
COLDEST WIND CHILLS WILL OCCUR DURING THE LATE NIGHT AND EARLY  
MORNING HOURS, ALTHOUGH THEY MAY REBOUND TO SLIGHTLY ABOVE  
HEADLINE CRITERIA DURING THE DAY. OTHERWISE, NORTHWEST FLOW WILL  
CONTINUE TO BRING CHANCES FOR LIGHT LAKE EFFECT SNOW SHOWERS OR  
FLURRIES TO FAR NORTH- CENTRAL WISCONSIN, MAINLY VILAS COUNTY.  
 
THE COLDEST AIR OF THE SEASON IS EXPECTED TO STICK AROUND THROUGH  
WEDNESDAY MORNING. ADDITIONAL COLD WEATHER HEADLINES WILL BE
