OVERNIGHT CONDITIONS WERE DANGEROUSLY COLD ACROSS THE REGION,  
WITH LOW TEMPERATURES AS OF 3 AM RANGING FROM AROUND 9 BELOW IN  
THE FOX VALLEY AND GREEN BAY AREAS TO 25 BELOW ACROSS PORTIONS OF  
NORTH- CENTRAL WISCONSIN.  
 
ALTHOUGH SUNRISE WILL BRING TEMPERATURES UP SOME, DANGEROUS COLD  
IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN IN THE AREA THROUGH THE DAY TODAY AS DAYTIME  
HIGH TEMPERATURES STRUGGLE TO BREAK INTO THE POSITIVE DIGITS. WIND  
CHILL VALUES EVEN DURING THE AFTERNOON WILL LIKELY REMAIN AROUND  
15 TO 25 BELOW ZERO. THE EXTREME COLD WARNING WILL TRANSITION TO A  
COLD WEATHER ADVISORY AROUND NOON.  
 
TONIGHT, THE COLD REMAINS IN THE REGION BUT WINDS WILL SHIFT TO  
THE SOUTH AND BRING SOME RELIEF TO THE COLD OVERNIGHT.  
ACCOMPANYING THE WARMER AIR WILL BE A ROUND OF LIGHT SNOW FOR THE  
REGION THAT WILL LAST INTO WEDNESDAY.
