CLOUD COVER HAD BEEN INCREASING THIS EVENING WITH MOST AREAS  
BECOMING OVERCAST. TEMPERATURES AS OF 10PM WERE RANGING FROM  
AROUND NEGATIVE 5 DEGREES ACROSS THE NORTHWOODS TO NEAR 0 ACROSS  
CENTRAL AND EASTERN WI. WIND CHILLS WERE RANGING FROM NEGATIVE 10  
TO NEGATIVE 20 DEGREES ACROSS THE REGION.  
 
OVERNIGHT WINDS SHIFT TO THE SOUTH WILL BRING SOME RELIEF TO THE  
COLD FOR WEDNESDAY MORNING. ACCOMPANYING THE WARMER AIR WILL BE A  
ROUND OF LIGHT SNOW FOR THE REGION THAT WILL LAST INTO WEDNESDAY  
EVENING. MOSTLY LOCATIONS WILL SEE JUST A DUSTING UP TO AROUND 1  
INCH WITH LIGHT LAKE EFFECT POSSIBLY LEADING TO SLIGHTLY HIGHER  
AMOUNTS ACROSS NORTH-CENTRAL WI.
