LOCATIONS, WITH THE MOST SIGNIFICANT ACCUMULATIONS EXPECTED ABOVE  
1500 FEET ELEVATION.  
 
* WHERE...A PORTION OF SOUTHEAST KENTUCKY.  
 
* WHEN...FROM 10 AM THIS MORNING TO 6 AM EST SATURDAY.  
 
* IMPACTS...PLAN ON SLIPPERY ROAD CONDITIONS. THE HAZARDOUS  
CONDITIONS COULD IMPACT THIS EVENING'S COMMUTE.
