TONIGHT AS A WARM FRONT LIFTS NORTHEAST INTO THE OHIO VALLEY. THE  
MOST FAVORED OUTCOME OVER THE BURN AREA IS FOR RAIN-FREE WEATHER  
AND ONLY FAIR MOISTURE RECOVERY AS THE BETTER RAIN CHANCES OCCUR  
FURTHER NORTH. EVEN SO, THERE ARE STILL TWO LOW-END OPPORTUNITIES
