MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES THIS AFTERNOON WITH THE POSSIBLE EXCEPTION OF  
GRADUALLY INCREASING THIN HIGH CLOUDS. OTHERWISE, DESPITE  
DEWPOINTS INCREASING THROUGH THE DAY TEMPERATURES WILL ALSO BE  
MUCH WARMER, RESULTING IN A MINIMUM AFTERNOON RH SOMEWHERE IN THE  
25 TO 30 PERCENT RANGE. SOUTHWEST WINDS WILL BECOME GUSTY BY LATE  
MORNING AND PERSIST INTO LATE AFTERNOON. CLOUDS CONTINUE TO  
INCREASE OVERNIGHT TONIGHT WITH ONLY MODERATE HUMIDITY RECOVERY.
