THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF WESTERN AND NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA.

DAY ONE
TONIGHT.

THE PROBABILITY FOR WIDESPREAD HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS LOW.

DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN
FRIDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY.

LIGHT SNOW WILL BE POSSIBLE THROUGH THE DAY FRIDAY FOR AREAS EAST OF
VALENTINE THROUGH BURWELL. THOUGH SNOWFALL AMOUNTS SHOULD REMAIN
LESS THAN ONE INCH, HIGHER INTENSITY RATES MAY REDUCE VISIBILITY TO
ONE MILE OR LESS IN LOCALIZED SPOTS.

FRIDAY NIGHT, MORE EXPANSIVE LIGHT SNOW IS EXPECTED ACROSS NORTH
CENTRAL NEBRASKA, INCLUDING THE POTENTIAL FOR LIGHT FREEZING RAIN, OR
LIGHT FREEZING DRIZZLE POSSIBLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF SOUTHWEST AND
CENTRAL NEBRASKA. SNOW/ICE COVERED ROADS MAY RESULT IN DIFFICULT
TRAVEL CONDITIONS SO CAUTION IS ADVISED TO ANYONE TRAVELING IN THE
AREA.

ADDITIONAL LIGHT SNOW IS LIKELY SATURDAY MORNING, DIMINISHING AND
ENDING BY LATE AFTERNOON. STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS WILL GUST UP TO 45
MPH AND POTENTIALLY PRODUCE PATCHY BLOWING SNOW. THE COMBINATION OF
SLICK ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITY WILL AGAIN LEAD TO DIFFICULT
TRAVEL CONDITIONS ACROSS MUCH OF THE AREA. WINDS WILL SUBSIDE
SATURDAY EVENING AS WELL.

SUB-ZERO WIND CHILLS ARE LIKELY EACH MORNING SATURDAY, SUNDAY, AND
MONDAY.

ADDITIONAL LIGHT SNOW IS POSSIBLE SUNDAY NIGHT ACROSS SOUTHWEST
NEBRASKA. AT THIS TIME, SNOWFALL AMOUNTS, IF ANY, ARE EXPECTED TO BE
VERY LIGHT.

SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT

SPOTTER ACTIVATION IS NOT EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.
