EVENING FOR SOUTH CENTRAL EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH...  
 
AT 748 PM CDT, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING HEAVY  
RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. BETWEEN 3.5 AND 4.5 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE  
FALLEN. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN  
THE WARNED AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS ALREADY OCCURRING.  
 
THIS IS A FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY FOR WESTMINSTER. THIS IS A  
PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW!  
 
HAZARD...LIFE THREATENING FLASH FLOODING. THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING  
FLASH FLOODING.

BATON ROUGE, OAK HILLS PLACE, INNISWOLD, WESTMINSTER, SHENANDOAH  
AND OLD JEFFERSON.  
 
THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING INTERSTATES...  
INTERSTATE 10 IN LOUISIANA BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 162 AND 164.  
INTERSTATE 12 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 2 AND 6.

MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND NOW! THIS IS AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS AND
