ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 0.5 TO 1 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE  
WARNED AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS ONGOING OR EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.  
 
HAZARD...FLASH FLOODING CAUSED BY THUNDERSTORMS.
