THANKSGIVING, THEN BECOMING VARIABLE IN THE LATE MORNING THROUGH  
EARLY AFTERNOON BEFORE THE WESTERLY SEA BREEZE DEVELOPS IN THE MID  
AFTERNOON. SMALL SEAS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH AT LEAST FRIDAY WITH  
LIGHT WIND CHOP DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING. WIND GUSTS BETWEEN  
10 AND 15 KNOTS ARE EXPECTED AS EARLY AS FRIDAY AS ONSHORE FLOW  
INCREASES. THERE IS A 20 PERCENT CHANCE OF WINDS GREATER THAN 20  
KNOTS ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING, AND A 5 PERCENT CHANCE OF  
LIGHT RAIN (UNDER 0.1 INCH).
